Overview

Welcome to Rancho Experience, a remote 3,000-hectare guest ranch perched 2,500 meters high in the Andes of Mendoza. Tucked deep in the mountains, this is a place where time slows down and nature takes over.

This isn’t just a stay—it’s a wild invitation. Ride through vast highland meadows, cast your fly in glacier-fed streams, and trek across river valleys and jagged ridgelines. Whether you're in the saddle, on foot, or knee-deep in the water, every moment out here is a moment unplugged.

We offer a wide array of outdoor activities—all included in the daily rate. Unlimited horseback riding, trekking, and fly fishing will help you disconnect from the noise and reconnect with what really matters.

At the end of the day, return to one of six cozy suites, each tastefully decorated with local fabrics and traditional Argentine touches. The views from your room? Mountain silence, wide skies, and nothing in between.

You can visit us just for the day (Country Day), or stay longer with our Country Day with Lodging option. Either way, Rancho Experience is where you catch peace, adventure, and something unforgettable—and release everything else.

We welcome guests during the months with the best mountain weather—when riding, fishing, and trekking are at their finest.

Expect classic mountain weather—clear skies, fresh air, and sudden shifts in temperature. Even in summer, once the sun goes down, it can get cold fast. Layering is essential.

Spring (Sept – Nov)
Day: 15–25 °C
Night: 4–12 °C
Blooming trails, fresh winds, and longer days. Mornings can be brisk, but by midday, the sun brings warmth.

Summer (Dec – Feb)
Day: 22–32 °C
Night: 5–15 °C
Warm, sunny days perfect for riding and fishing. But don’t forget your heavy coat—the nights can surprise you.

Autumn (Mar – May)
Day: 15–25 °C
Night: 3–10 °C
Crisp air, golden hillsides, and ideal weather for outdoor adventures. Cool evenings call for a fire and a glass of wine.
