Overview
Welcome to Wetlands Experience, our base in Corrientes—a working cattle ranch tucked near the town of Esquina, where wild nature and gaucho traditions come together. Just north of Buenos Aires, this region is a hidden gem of lagoons, wetlands, and winding rivers.
Here, Catch and Release takes on a whole new meaning. Catch the rhythm of rural life as you ride across open fields, splash through river crossings, and even swim with your horse. Release the stress as you dive into the gaucho way of life—herding cattle, casting for golden dorado in the Corrientes and Paraná rivers, and learning age-old skills like working with the lazo.
This is our version of a safari through Argentina’s wild heart. The flatlands are teeming with life: a birdwatcher’s paradise by day, and a wild playground for safaris by horseback or vehicle, where you might spot capybaras, caimans, and more. Whether you’re in the saddle, by the water, or swapping stories at sunset, this is a place to reconnect—with nature, tradition, and yourself.
