Catch and Release. is a company registered in Argentina. Our operations focus on horseback riding, fishing, cultural adventures, and tailor-made experiences throughout Argentina.

In these Booking Conditions, “you” and “your” refers to all persons named on the booking (including anyone added or substituted at a later date). “We”, “us” and “our” refers to Catch and Release.

When making a booking, the following conditions apply to the contract you enter into with Catch and Release. By confirming your reservation, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.

Our responsibility is to organize and deliver the arrangements described in your itinerary, which may include accommodation, meals, transportation, horseback riding, fishing, guiding, and other activities. Some services may be provided by third-party suppliers (such as transfers, flights, or local lodging). These suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions, which also apply to your booking.

To confirm a booking, the party leader must be over 18 and authorized to act on behalf of all participants. A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment and issue a confirmation invoice.

/ A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm your booking.
 

/ The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before departure.
 

/ Bookings made less than 15 days before departure must be paid in full.
 

/ All bank fees and transfer costs are the responsibility of the client.
 

Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Catch and Release reserves the right to correct errors in advertised or confirmed prices. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, the agreed price will not change. Prices do not include tips (we recommend USD 100 per person, per trip).

If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, please notify us in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes may be subject to availability and additional costs.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: your deposit will be held as a credit valid for up to 2 years.
   

• 60–15 days before departure: your 30% deposit is non-refundable.
   

• 15–0 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is forfeited.
   

If you wish to transfer your booking to another participant, you may do so with at least 7 days’ notice and provided the replacement meets the conditions of the trip.

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and activities such as horseback riding and fishing.

Because our experiences take place in remote, wild environments, itineraries may change due to weather, river levels, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. Significant changes (such as date changes or cancellation of the trip) will entitle you to an alternative arrangement or refund. Minor adjustments (such as route changes or activity substitutions) do not qualify for refunds.

It is a condition of booking that all participants have valid travel insurance covering:

• Medical expenses
   

• Personal liability
   

• Holiday cancellation
   

• Adventure activities (including horseback riding, fishing, boating, etc.)
   

Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.

Horseback riding, fishing, and outdoor expeditions involve inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

You are responsible for following the safety instructions of guides at all times. Catch and Release reserves the right to exclude a participant from riding or activities if safety is compromised.

Neither Catch and Release nor its suppliers are liable for injury, death, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in activities, except where caused by proven negligence.

Your luggage may be transported by vehicle, boat, or horse. We recommend using soft, durable bags and avoiding valuables. Catch and Release is not liable for lost or damaged items; please ensure your travel insurance covers baggage.

Respect for fellow guests, staff, guides, and local communities is essential. Any antisocial, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.

Please inform us at the time of booking of any dietary needs, medical conditions, or reduced mobility. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all requests. Guests must disclose relevant health information to ensure the trip is suitable.

Catch and Release is not liable for disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including extreme weather, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or strikes.

We may capture photos or video during trips for promotional purposes. Please inform us in writing before your trip if you do not wish to appear in such content.
